BORANUP CHALETS | WORK IN PROGRESSNestled amongst the Karri and Jarrah forest of the Margaret River region, this project involved the full restoration and transformation of two much-loved, original chalets.
The renovations were carefully considered to retain the historic charm and character of the existing buildings while creating warm, inviting spaces designed for romantic getaways and relaxed country stays.
Inspired by the surrounding Boranup landscape and the property's rural setting, the interiors draw on a natural palette of earthy tones, timber and soft, understated finishes. The result is a considered balance between old and new — celebrating the rustic character of the original chalets while introducing a sense of comfort, warmth and quiet luxury.
Surrounded by bushland and farmland, the chalets have been thoughtfully restored to offer couples a peaceful retreat that feels connected to the unique landscape and character of the Margaret River region.
